Grapefruit with Vanilla flowpacks

An interplay of rich flora aroma and creamy sweetness complemented by a fresh, fruity sourness and a subtle bitterness.

 

By extracting the essential oil from the peel of the grapefruit we achieve a concentrated grapefruit oil rich in sourness and sweetness as well as the discreet bitterness characteristic of the fruit.

 

We apply fresh Bourbon vanilla seeds. Bourbon vanilla is highly rich in the aromatic vanillin, which provide an intensive, sweet and creamy vanilla flavor.
